Base requirements
Anyone can publish bases on BaseMelon: create an account, link your Clash of Clans player profile and upload your base.
Every base uploaded to BaseMelon is reviewed before it is published. What counts is a good, unique base, no matter who built it. Bases that do not meet these requirements are rejected.
Trophy, war and farm bases
- A complete layout for its Town Hall level: every building, trap and wall piece is placed in the Layout Editor. Decorations are optional and can be left unplaced.
- Built for a clear purpose that matches its main tag, Trophy/Defense, War or Farm, and made to hold up against real attacks.
- No accidental gaps in the walls that let troops walk straight into the core. Buildings outside the walls are fine when they are there on purpose, for example to funnel troops around the base.
- The screenshot shows the whole village zoomed out, and the base link opens exactly this layout in the game.
Progress, troll, art and fun bases
- These bases share one category: upload them with Progress as the main tag. They are judged on how clear they look, not on defense.
- Progress bases show how far along a village is: buildings of the same kind stand together and the walls are stacked in rows or blocks, so you see at a glance what is maxed and what still needs upgrades.
- Troll, art and fun bases use the walls to draw something: a symbol, a word, a shape or a whole picture (wall art). Anyone looking at the screenshot should recognize it right away.
- No symbols, words or pictures related to violence, politics, hate, drugs or sexual content, and nothing else that could offend.
- No names, clan names, clan logos or other symbols that only mean something to a certain person or clan.
Unique
- No duplicates: do not upload a base that is already on BaseMelon, and do not upload the same base twice.
- You can upload your own bases and bases built by others. Check I built this base only for bases you built. For someone else's base, uncheck it and enter the builder's name, or leave the name empty if you do not know who built it.
After you upload
- Our team reviews every base and rejects bases that do not meet these requirements. A published base that breaks them can be removed later.
- You can have up to 5 bases waiting for review at a time.
- Published bases stay on BaseMelon, even if you delete your account. Other players copy them into their villages, rate them and share them, so they become part of the BaseMelon community. Bases waiting for review can still be approved and published. When you delete your account, you can remove your name from the bases you built.
